Cape of Good Hope

Our tours to the Cape of Good Hope start from Cape Town and proceed to the famous Cape Point of South Africa. Choose between half or full day tours. All tours include a visit to boulders beach, famous for its penguin colonies.
We recommend the full day tour as time will be very limited at the various places of interests with the half day tours.

Our half day outing to Cape Point including travel time to and from our destination is approximately 4 hours. The trip alone to the peninsula and back takes 3 hours.

For our first stop on the tour we will be visiting boulders beach where a winding wooden path leads to a beautiful white sandy beach and its penguin colonies. Here you will be able to photograph the penguins up close.

We will then drive the beautiful coastal road towards Cape Point. At the Cape Point nature Reserve entrance, you will have the option of visiting the neighbouring ostrich farm. This will serve as a brief opportunity to for you to capture some photos of Africa’s largest birds.

Arriving at the entrance, we will head towards the world famous sights of Cape Point.

From Cape of Good Hope we make our way back to Simons Town, the headquarters of the South African Navy. On a day tour, we may, time permitting, pay a visit to Cape Town’s famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Along the way you will catch a brief glimpse of the Constantia Wine Region, the green lung of Cape Town.
Should you prefer a private tour, please provide us with your ideas for your individual tour. With this kind of tour you will be able to determine the tour schedule for the day. Here you also have the advantage of far more animal encounters. With a stroke of luck you may encounter rare mountain zebras, ostriches or antelope on private roads where no bus traffic is permitted.

We have English as well as German speaking tour guides on offer who will provide you will all necessary information on  the various sights visited and will be able to answer all questions regarding Fauna and Flora.
Should you wish to place a booking, we will attend to any and all queries promptly. In order for us to check availability we will require the total number of people intending on taking part, the desired date as well as your accommodation address.
We will gladly arrange for you to be collected from any area in close proximity to Cape Town city centre.
