Booking
Shark
diving bookings in Cape Town have their own set of special conditions and
depend heavily on the weather in South Africa. Tours are simply not worth being
carried out in high seas or rainy weather and can be cancelled in these
circumstances. The weather can only really be predicted accurately 24 hours in
advance, therefore every tour day into shark territory is an uncertainty. High
and low tides are also to be monitored very closely so that our shark boat can
actually be launched out of the harbour.
Cage Diving Tour Bookings - Cape Town shark diving in South Africa
When
booking a shark tour with us, you will receive all necessary information such
as directions and tour times in advance. You will usually receive a 99.9% confirmation
the evening before as to whether or not the tour will take place and when
exactly you will be collected at your accommodation in Cape Town, or
alternatively, when you should arrive at the diving school when making use of
your own transport.
Should we
have confirmed a shark tour the previous evening, there still remains a 0.01%
risk of the boat tour being cancelled. In the Cape one can experience all four
seasons on any given day in the summer months. For these and other reasons, the
safety of our guests is our top priority.
Money back guarantee in the case of tour
cancellations
In the
event that your tour is cancelled due to bad weather, you will receive a 100%
refund. We will of course offer you an alternative date, yet should this not
fit in with your travel plans, you can rest assured you will be 100% refunded.
Didn't see any sharks?
In this
case we will gladly arrange for a further tour date as your satisfaction is our
utmost priority!
