Terms and Conditions White Sharks

We reserve the right to amend travel plans and timetables without prior notification as well as carry out or implement variations or changes in shark tours and travel plans etc. without liability.

Land and Sea Animal Safaris
Our shark tours involve the observation of sea animals and we can never at any point guarantee wildlife sightings. It should also be made clear that any land or sea safari can never offer any guarantee of wildlife sightings.

When cage diving we travel to areas where we know Great White sharks reside. This region often alternates according to the season and we therefore do not determine the exact location of our cage dive beforehand!

Photography Equipment – Baggage
- We assume no responsibility for any luggage, clothing or photography equipment.
- Luggage is limited to 5 kg per person.
- Film crews should advise us in advance as to the size and weight of baggage, especially if we are to arrange for collection
- In general, you will receive telephonic confirmation on the evening before the day tour - especially with shark tours.

As indicated in the tour program, travel expenses and prices quoted do not include entrance fees to game reserves. All additional costs are for the passenger's account. The Ritztrade International contract or booking confirmation which generally includes all particulars and times is binding.
Helicopter flight to Gansbaai - Flying over National Parks
It is not permitted to fly over national parks with a helicopter, this includes Table Mountain National Park and other game reserves. Even when whale or shark watching by helicopter, a great distance is maintained as we do not wish to frighten the animals. It should be made clear in advance that penguins, seals, whales and sharks may appear '' SMALL '' from a great height!
